<reference>815 ILCS 505/2WW new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that it is an unlawful practice for any health care provider to request payment from an insured for services provided under the insured's health insurance plan, other than applicable copayments or deductibles. Provides that it is an unlawful practice for a health care provider to report to a credit agency an insured's failure to pay a bill for medical services when a health insurance plan has primary responsibility for payment.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
