<reference>20 ILCS 2310/2310-339 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department to create a registry of the occurrence of birth defects in Illinois. Requires physicians and midwives to report the occurrence of birth defects to the Department. Requires the Department to file with the General Assembly an annual report summarizing the reported information.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
