<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the County Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. Authorizes a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more to designate certain areas as blighted areas or conservation areas and to propose and approve a redevelopment plan and project for those areas. Authorizes the county to use tax increment financing for the payment of qualifying redevelopment project costs, to enter into a redevelopment agreement, and to provide for public funding of appropriate redevelopment project costs. Provides that the county may issue tax increment financing bonds or other obligations. Provides that property taxes assessed against real property in the redevelopment area and attributable to any increase in the value of the area as a result of tax increment financing are payable into a special tax allocation fund of the county for the purpose of paying redevelopment project costs and obligations.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
