Angelo Saviano New Act Creates the County Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act. Authorizes a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more to designate certain areas as blighted areas or conservation areas and to propose and approve a redevelopment plan and project for those areas. Authorizes the county to use tax increment financing for the payment of qualifying redevelopment project costs, to enter into a redevelopment agreement, and to provide for public funding of appropriate redevelopment project costs. Provides that the county may issue tax increment financing bonds or other obligations.
