<reference>750 ILCS 5/609</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 40, par. 609</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that if the custodial parent moves more than 100 miles farther away from the non-custodial parent, the custodial parent shall be responsible for transporting the child or children back to within 10 miles of where the non-custodial parent received the child or children for court ordered visitation for all visitations after the custodial parent's move, unless the parties agree otherwise.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Limits the requirement that the custodial parent be responsible to transport the child back to within 10 miles of where the non-custodial parent received the child for court ordered visitation to situations where the custodial parent moves more than 100 miles farther away from the non-custodial parent within Illinois.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
