<reference>105 ILCS 5/10-20.40 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>105 ILCS 5/34-18.32 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 805/8.29 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the School Code. Provides that a school board may not contract for the advertising and sale of carbonated beverages until the school board allows for public comment on the contract at a meeting held on a day that is not the day on which a regular board meeting is held. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
