<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>20 ILCS 1705/18.4</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that a Department analysis of certain budget and funding allocations shall be reported to the Governor and General Assembly no later than April 31, 2005 or the effective date of this amendatory Act, whichever is earlier (now, no later than December). Requires the analysis to include the status of Medicaid billing for FY05 and provides that the report shall be forwarded to the Governor and General Assembly as set forth in a certain Mental Health Memorandum of Understanding. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
