<reference>205 ILCS 5/48.1</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 17, par. 360</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Banking Act. Provides that the Act does not prohibit the furnishing of information to certain entities if there is suspicion by the entity or the bank (rather than the bank suspects) that a customer who is an elderly or disabled person has been or may become the victim of financial exploitation. Provides that a bank or person furnishing the information shall be entitled to the same rights and protections as a person furnishing information under the Abuse of Adults with Disabilities Intervention Act.
