<SynopsisText>Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the School Code. In a provision concerning driver education, provides that the maximum amount that a school district may charge students who participate is $250, rather than $50. Provides that the total amount from driver education fees and State reimbursement must not exceed the total cost of the program in any year and must be deposited into the school district's driver education fund as a separate line budget entry. Provides that all moneys deposited into the fund must be used solely for the purpose of funding a State Board of Education approved high school driver education program that uses State Board certified instructors. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
