| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| were saddened to learn of the death of Anna Zawislak of West |
| 4 |
| Lawn; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Zawislak was a packer for a personal products |
| 6 |
| company; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, She was a member of the St. Mary Star of the Sea |
| 8 |
| Altar and Rosary Society, and the Widowed Stars; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Anna Zawislak will be deeply felt |
| 10 |
| by many, especially her sons, John and Adam "Mick" (Laurie |
| 11 |
| Engels) Zawislak; her daughter, Rosemary (James) Moseley; her |
| 12 |
| grandchildren, Lisa Cooksey and Laura Pilafas; her |
| 13 |
| great-granchildren, Samantha King and Alex Tyler; and her many |
| 14 |
| cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her husband, John; |
| 16 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-THIRD GENERAL |
| 18 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 19 |
| Anna Zawislak along with all who knew and loved her and extend |
| 20 |
| our sincere condolences to her family and friends; and be it |
| 21 |
| further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 23 |
| presented to the family of Anna Zawislak as an expression of |
| 24 |
| our deepest sympathy.
