| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the General Assembly are happy to |
| 3 |
| note that Karilyn Elizabeth Lipcamon is about to receive the |
| 4 |
| Youth Community-Certificate of Merit; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Lipcamon is a talented musician, a student |
| 6 |
| leader, and an excellent student at Pittsfield High School; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, In addition to her scholastic activities, Ms. |
| 8 |
| Lipcamon volunteers to tutor students four days per week at |
| 9 |
| school and she volunteers her time with children and the |
| 10 |
| elderly as well as with religious organizations; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Lipcamon was selected to attend a National |
| 12 |
| Youth Conference in Washington, D.C. and she is a leader in the |
| 13 |
| Students Against Destructive Decisions organization at |
| 14 |
| Pittsfield High School; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Lipcamon is a member of the National Honor |
| 16 |
| Society at Pittsfield High School; therefore, be it
|
| 17 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 18 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 19 |
| that we congratulate Karilyn Elizabeth Lipcamon on her receipt |
| 20 |
| of the Youth Community-Certificate of Merit; and be it further
|
| 21 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 22 |
| delivered to Ms. Lipcamon along with our congratulations and |
| 23 |
| our sincere best wishes for a promising future.
