| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 3 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Scott Campbell on |
| 4 |
| the occasion of his 31st anniversary with Family Service and |
| 5 |
| Mental Health Center for McHenry County; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Mr. Campbell received his bachelor's degree from |
| 7 |
| Carthage College in 1971 and his master's degree in social work |
| 8 |
| from George Williams College in 1973; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, As chief social worker, Mr. Campbell has always |
| 10 |
| worked to carry out the Family Service and Mental Health |
| 11 |
| Center's mission of "Helping People Help Themselves"; he |
| 12 |
| expanded the "Crisis Line" to enable individuals in mental |
| 13 |
| anguish to access immediate professional advice; to enable |
| 14 |
| families to find the social service agency that can best help |
| 15 |
| them, he compiled an inter-agency directory; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, During his 31 years at Family Service and Mental |
| 17 |
| Health Center for McHenry County, Mr. Campbell has served in |
| 18 |
| every capacity and currently is the chief operating officer; |
| 19 |
| therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 21 |
| NINETY-THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 22 |
| congratulate Scott Campbell on the occasion of his 31st |
| 23 |
| anniversary with Family Service and Mental Health Center for |
| 24 |
| McHenry County; and be it further
|

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 26 |
| presented to Scott Campbell as an expression of our respect and |
| 27 |
| esteem.
