 2        AMENDMENT  NO.      .   Amend  House  Resolution  12   as
 3    follows:

 4    on  page  6,  line  27,  after  the  period, by inserting the
 5    following: "The Clerk must maintain a separate  transcription
 6    file  of  responses and rulings by the parliamentarian and by
 7    the Presiding Officer concerning parliamentary inquiries, the
 8    application and interpretation  of  these  Rules,  and  other
 9    procedural matters.".
