| AN ACT concerning nursing home care.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by changing
|
| 5 |
| Section 2-105 as follows:
|

| Sec. 2-105. Privacy. A resident shall be permitted respect |
| 8 |
| and privacy
in his medical
and personal care program. Every |
| 9 |
| resident's case discussion, consultation,
examination and |
| 10 |
| treatment shall be confidential and shall be conducted
|
| 11 |
| discreetly,
and those persons not directly involved in the |
| 12 |
| resident's care must have
his permission to be present.
