SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Danny Charles Alexander, who passed 
4away on December 25, 2024; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Danny Alexander was born in Mattoon to Charles 
6and Minnie (Way) Alexander on March 23, 1952; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Danny Alexander was a devoted father, brother, 
8cousin, and friend to many; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Danny Alexander was a man of milestones, but his 
10greatest joy was being "Paw-Paw", a role he embraced with 
11pride; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Danny Alexander was preceded in death by his 
13parents and his son, Jason Alexander; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Danny Alexander is survived by his daughters, 
15Nicole and Courtney Alexander, and his grandson, Jack "Jack 
16Jack" Alexander; therefore, be it
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Danny Charles Alexander and extend our sincere condolences to
