| 6 | | "Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, if a |
| 7 | | processor processes data under a binding contract that sets |
| 8 | | forth the processing instructions and limits the actions the |
| 9 | | processor may take with respect to the data it processes on |
| 10 | | behalf of the controller, the processor is not liable for the |
| 11 | | controller's actions that led to a violation of this Act.". |
