HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Joseph Harper on the 
4occasion of his retirement from The Center; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Joseph Harper served as the executive director of 
6The Center from December 2019 to July 2026; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Joseph Harper has had a positive impact on his 
8community by modernizing The Center, investing in its 
9employees and growing its resources; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Joseph Harper has a remarkable record of 
11achievement with The Center that is unlikely to ever be 
12duplicated; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Joseph Harper continues to live by his mantra, 
14"Alone we can do so little; Together we can do so much."; 
15therefore, be it
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
17HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that 
18we congratulate Joseph Harper on his retirement from The 
19Center, and we wish him the best in all of his future 
20endeavours; and be it further
