| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The amount of $15,000,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 6 | | Revenue Fund to the Southern Illinois University Board of |
| 7 | | Trustees for the expansion of the National Corn-to-Ethanol |
| 8 | | Research Center at Southern Illinois University at |
| 9 | | Edwardsville to expand its research capabilities and to |
| 10 | | increase biomanufacturing workforce training.
