AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5475

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5475, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41 on page 1, line 7, by replacing "works," with "works, as well 
5as for privately owned sewage treatment works,"; and
 
6on page 1, line 11, by replacing "facilities," with 
7"industrial facilities,"; and
 
8on page 1, line 13, by replacing "methods" with "methods. Upon 
9permit renewal, a determination may be made by the Agency that 
10sample results demonstrate perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl 
11substances are consistently below the minimum level (ML) of 
12quantification. If the Agency makes such a determination, then 
13the Agency may reduce sampling frequency in the NPDES permit"; 
14and
