AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5000

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5000 on page 5, by 
3inserting after line 13 the following:
 
4    "Section 7. The State Finance Act is amended by changing 
5Section 5.1007 as follows:
 
6    (30 ILCS 105/5.1007)
7    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)
8    Sec. 5.1007. The Antitrust Enforcement Fund. This Section 
9is repealed on January 1, 2027.

12on page 5, line 15, by replacing "Section 7.2a" with "Sections 
137.2a and 13"; and
 
14on page 13, by inserting after line 25 the following:

2    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027)
3    Sec. 13. Antitrust Enforcement Fund. Any penalties 
4collected from an entity for violations of this Act shall be 
5deposited into the Antitrust Enforcement Fund, a special fund 
6created in the State treasury that is dedicated to enforcing 
7this Act.
8    This Section is repealed on January 1, 2027.
