| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4379 by replacing |
| 3 | | lines 7 through 9 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(4) one building or structure that is located in a |
| 5 | | place of recreation, including, but not limited to, a |
| 6 | | park, zoo, or amusement park; the owner or operator of |
| 7 | | that place of recreation or the owner's or operator's |
| 8 | | agent may designate the building or structure that is |
| 9 | | located in that place of recreation as the public building |
| 10 | | under this Act; or"; and

| 11 | | on page 3, line 20, after "building", by inserting "built |
| 12 | | after January 1, 2029". |
