| 11 | | (1) have a pharmacist present at the location who is |
| 12 | | working in his or her capacity as a pharmacist; and |
| 13 | | (2) take reasonable steps to ensure that the |
| 14 | | pharmacist-in-charge does not reasonably believe that |
| 15 | | fatigue, distraction, or other conditions are interfering |
| 16 | | with a pharmacist's ability to practice with reasonable |
