Provides that the Illinois Gaming Board, upon application by a licensed video gaming establishment (a licensed establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, licensed veterans establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, or licensed large truck stop establishment), may issue a license to sell sports betting squares as a low-stakes, chance-based promotional game.
