In provisions concerning the publication of assessments, provides that, if no newspaper is published in the county, then the publication shall be printed in a public newspaper of general circulation in the county. Provides that, in counties with less than 3,000,000 inhabitants, the county assessor may, in lieu of other publication methods provided by law, publish the list of assessments on the county website.
