Synopsis As Introduced
Sets forth findings concerning the effects of federal agricultural trade policies on agricultural markets and agricultural producers. Directs the Illinois Department of Agriculture and the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to coordinate to promote, develop, and enhance domestic markets for agricultural commodities. Further directs the Illinois Department of Agriculture to continue to invest in the Farm Family Resource Initiative in an effort to support agricultural producers and rural communities. Specifies that the provisions of the executive order are severable. Effective October 29, 2025.
