| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Robert Timothy "Tim" Yeage of Oak |
| 4 | | Park, who passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 61; and |
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tim Yeage was born in Utica, New York; and |
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Tim Yeage graduated from Wheaton Central High |
| 7 | | School and attended the University of Iowa; he later received |
| 8 | | his bachelor's degree and juris doctorate from the University |
| 9 | | of Illinois Urbana-Champaign; and |
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Tim Yeage was a dedicated partner at the law firm |
| 11 | | of Wilson Elser, where he worked for more than 30 years and |
| 12 | | served as a member of Wilson Elser's executive committee and |
| 13 | | chair of the London practice; and |
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Tim Yeage spent much of his time serving his |
| 15 | | local community, coaching baseball, basketball, and softball |
| 16 | | in Oak Park and tutoring at Learning Edge Tutoring for more |
| 17 | | than 15 years; and |
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Tim Yeage was an active member of Ascension |
| 19 | | Parish and served as a marriage mentor and a leader on |
| 20 | | Appalachian Service Project trips; he was also an avid |
