| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Tyler R. "Ty" Koscinski of New Lenox, |
| 4 | | who passed away on September 15, 2024; and |
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was born to Christopher and Kelly |
| 6 | | (Lynn Buczkiewicz) Koscinski in Oak Lawn on September 8, 2004; |
| 7 | | he attended Lincoln-Way West High School, where he was an |
| 8 | | outstanding football and baseball player; he also played for |
| 9 | | Illinois Premier Baseball and received many honors and awards |
| 10 | | for his athletic accomplishments; and |
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was hardworking, caring, witty, |
| 12 | | funny, loving, giving, and outgoing; he had a smile that lit up |
| 13 | | any room he walked into, and he was loved unconditionally by |
| 14 | | everyone who knew him for so many different reasons; he was |
| 15 | | always the life of the party and there was never a dull moment |
| 16 | | with him, whether it was dancing or telling a corny joke, he |
| 17 | | always put a smile on someone's face; and |
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was the best brother to his little |
| 19 | | sister, Alyssa, his older brother, Connor, and his older |
| 20 | | sister-in-law, Sarah; and |
| 21 | | WHEREAS, Ty Koscinski was loved and cherished by his |
