| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Kenneth D. Bryan of Teutopolis, who |
| 4 | | passed away on September 29, 2023; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan, the son of Kenneth E. Bryan and |
| 6 | | Janice (Casteel) Bryan McNeely, was born in Mattoon on May 26, |
| 7 | | 1989; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan worked as an operator at American |
| 9 | | Fiber; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan was preceded in death by his |
| 11 | | children, Walker and Rose "Rosie" Bryan; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, At the time of his passing, Kenneth Bryan was |
| 13 | | survived by his father; his mother; his birth mother, Jennifer |
| 14 | | Grams; his brother, Frank Bryan; his sister, Sandy K. Bryan; |
| 15 | | his half sister, Samantha Grams; and his half brother, R.J. |
| 16 | | Grams; therefore, be it

| 18 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
