AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3353 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3353 on page 2, by 
3replacing lines 6 through 13 with the following:
4        "(1) 4 members appointed by the Senate President, 
5    including 2 members of the Senate and 2 members of the 
6    public, with one member of the Senate, appointed by the 
7    Senate President, to serve as chair of the Task Force;
8        (2) 4 members appointed by the Senate Minority Leader, 
9    including 2 members of the Senate and 2 members of the 
10    public;
11        (3) 4 members appointed by the Speaker of the House, 
12    including 2 members of the Senate and 2 members of the 
13    public;
14        (4) 4 members appointed by the Minority Leader of the 
15    House of Representatives, including 2 members of the 
16    Senate and 2 members of the public;".
