Provides that the Illinois Gaming Board shall create, by no later than January 1, 2025, a website that allows an individual to place the individual's name on the self-exclusion list maintained by the Board. | 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Gambling Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 18.2 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (230 ILCS 10/18.2 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 18.2. Self-exclusion list. Notwithstanding any other |
| 8 | | law, the Board shall create, by no later than January 1, 2025, |
| 9 | | a website that allows an individual to place the individual's |
| 10 | | name on the self-exclusion list maintained by the Board. The |
| 11 | | Board shall adopt rules to implement and administer this |
| 12 | | Section. |
