| 1 | AN ACT concerning property. | |||||||||||||||
| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | |||||||||||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly: | |||||||||||||||
| 4 | Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1.00, to the | |||||||||||||||
| 5 | Department of Natural Resources, and subject to the conditions | |||||||||||||||
| 6 | set forth in Section 10 of this Act, the Director of the | |||||||||||||||
| 7 | Department of Natural Resources is authorized to convey by | |||||||||||||||
| 8 | quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest in and to the | |||||||||||||||
| 9 | following described parcel of land in Will County, Illinois to | |||||||||||||||
| 10 | the Forest Preserve District of Will County: | |||||||||||||||
| 11 | Part of Lot 9 in the original subdivision of the Northeast | |||||||||||||||
| 12 | Quarter of Section 11, Township 34 North, Range 13 East of | |||||||||||||||
| 13 | the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: | |||||||||||||||
| 14 | Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East Half of the | |||||||||||||||
| 15 | Northeast Quarter of said Section 11, said Southwest | |||||||||||||||
| 16 | corner also being the Southwest corner of a 42.067 acre | |||||||||||||||

| 23 | Situated in the County of Will, in the State of Illinois. | ||||||
| 24 | Section 10. The conveyances of real property authorized by | ||||||

| |||||||
| 1 | Section 1 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public | ||||||
| 2 | utilities, existing public roads, and any and all | ||||||
| 3 | reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants and | ||||||
| 4 | restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if | ||||||
| 5 | said real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it | ||||||
| 6 | shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of Natural | ||||||
| 7 | Resources. | ||||||
| 8 | Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain | ||||||
| 9 | a certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the | ||||||
| 10 | title, the enacting clause, the effective date, the | ||||||
| 11 | appropriate Section containing the land description of the | ||||||
| 12 | property to be conveyed, and this Section within 60 days after | ||||||
| 13 | its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment required | ||||||
| 14 | by the Section, shall record the certified document in the | ||||||
| 15 | Recorder's Office in the County in which the land is located. | ||||||
| 16 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
| 17 | becoming law. | ||||||
