| 3 | | page 2, line 19, through page 3, line 5, with the following:

| 4 | | "Section 15. Penalties. A hotel in violation of this Act |
| 5 | | shall receive a written warning from the local unit of |
| 6 | | government in which the hotel is located for the first |
| 7 | | violation. The written warning shall recite the violation and |
| 8 | | advise that subsequent violations may result in citations and |
| 9 | | penalties. A hotel that commits a second or subsequent |
| 10 | | violation is guilty of a business offense and shall be fined |
| 11 | | not more than $1,500.". |
