| 5 | | Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by |
| 6 | | adding Section 405-135 as follows:

| 7 | | (20 ILCS 405/405-135 new) |
| 8 | | Sec. 405-135. Rulemaking for administrative hearing |
| 9 | | procedure. After consulting with affected State agencies, the |
| 10 | | Department of Central Management Services may adopt rules to |
| 11 | | facilitate electronic filing and rules governing practice and |
| 12 | | procedure in administrative hearings.

| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 14 | | becoming law.". |
