AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2416 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2416 on page 3, by 
3replacing lines 17 through 19 with the following:


4    "(d) When funding is available, the State Comptroller 
5shall notify the Director, and the Director shall apply to the 
6Federal Emergency Management Agency under the STORM Act to 
7capitalize"; and
 
8on page 4, line 4, by replacing "Director" with "Agency"; and
 
9on page 4, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
10    "(f) (Blank)."; and
 
11on page 4, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:
 
12    "Section 20. Employment positions. The Agency may 
13establish and fill 2 additional full-time equivalent positions 
14to support the Agency in implementing and administering this

1Act. The Agency's responsibilities under this Act are 
2contingent on sufficient moneys being appropriated to the 
3Agency for the purpose of filling those positions.".
