AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1922 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1922 on page 3, by 
3replacing line 22 with the following:
4    "(e) The Township Ethics Commission has jurisdiction over 
5allegations of sexual harassment made by an elected official 
6of a township against another elected official of a township.

7    (f) The Township Ethics Commission must meet, either in";

9on page 4, line 11, by replacing "(f)" with "(g)"; and
 
10on page 4, line 24, by replacing "(g)" with "(h)"; and
 
11on page 6, by replacing lines 24 through 25 with the following:
