AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 74 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 74, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 2, by replacing lines 18 through 25 with the 
5following:


6        "(5) the Executive Director of the Illinois Housing 
7    Development Authority or his or her designee; 
8        (6) the Cook County Treasurer or his or her designee; 
9        (7)  the Cook County Clerk or his or her designee; 
10        (8) the President of the Cook County Board of 
11    Commissioners or his or her designee;"; and
 
12on page 3, by replacing lines 14 through 22 with the following:
13        "(12)  the Village President of the Village of Hazel 
14    Crest or his or her designee;
15        (13)  the Mayor of the City of Harvey or his or her 
16    designee;
17        (14) the Village President of the Village of Richton

2        (15) up to 3 members, appointed by the Governor, 
3    representing taxing districts, other than municipalities,

8Task Force, additional individuals may participate as 
9nonvoting members of the Task Force.".
