| 3 | | on page 1, line 4, after "non-citizens" by inserting "for |
| 4 | | urgent humanitarian reasons"; and
|
| 5 | | on page 2, after line 2, by inserting: |
| 6 | | "WHEREAS, Business, civic, and social organizations seek |
| 7 | | to support these families and assist them in seeking |
| 8 | | employment and becoming self-sufficient; and"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 2, line 9, after "seekers" by inserting "without |
| 10 | | discriminating against those from the African diaspora".
