3on page 1, line 13, after "race,", by inserting "ethnicity,"; 
4and 
 
5by replacing line 23, on page 1, through line 2, on page 2, 
6with the following: 
7            "(A) includes specific strategies for trial 
8        enrollment and retention of diverse participants, 
9        including, but not limited to, site location and 
10        access, sustained community engagement, and reducing 
11        burdens due to trial design or conduct, as 
12        appropriate; and"; and 
 
13on page 2, line 3, by replacing "methods recognized" with
