| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4704 on page 2, |
| 3 | | immediately below line 19, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "(e) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section, |
| 5 | | a relocator has no obligation or duties under this Section |
| 6 | | until the Transportation Division of the Illinois Commerce |
| 7 | | Commission establishes the statewide database described in |
| 8 | | subsection (4) of Section 18c-1204."; and

| 9 | | on page 6, line 14, by replacing "The" with "Subject to |
| 10 | | appropriation, the"; and
|
| 11 | | on page 8, immediately below line 13, by inserting the |
| 12 | | following: |
