| 4 | | on page 3, by replacing line 23 with "telecommunications |
| 5 | | carrier; or"; and

| 6 | | on page 3, immediately below line 23, by inserting the |
| 7 | | following: |
| 8 | | "(3) collecting or transmitting information to be |
| 9 | | submitted to a State or federal agency for the purpose of |
| 10 | | performing a lawful check of criminal history record |
| 11 | | information using fingerprints or receiving the results of |
| 12 | | that check.". |
