Authorizes the Director of Natural Resources to execute and deliver a quit claim deed to Shabbonna Lake State Park in DeKalb County to the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. Effective immediately.

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning property.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Director of Natural Resources, on behalf of |
| 5 | | the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to |
| 6 | | the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation a quit claim deed to the |
| 7 | | Shabbonna Lake State Park located in DeKalb County.

| 8 | | Section 10. The conveyance of real property authorized by |
| 9 | | Section 5 shall be made subject to existing public utilities, |
| 10 | | existing public roads, and any and all reservations, |
| 11 | | easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of |
| 12 | | record.
|
| 13 | | Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain |
| 14 | | a certified copy of the portions of this Act within 60 days |
| 15 | | after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment |
| 16 | | required by the Section or Sections, if any payment is |
| 17 | | required, shall record the certified document in the |
| 18 | | Recorder's Office in the County in which the land is located.

| 19 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 20 | | becoming law.
