AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3570 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3570 on page 5, by 
3replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:


4        "(1) rating data for the last evaluation cycle prior 
5    to the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd 
6    General Assembly for which there is complete data as well 
7    as the first complete evaluation cycle after the effective 
8    date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly 
9    for all probationary teachers and"; and
 
10on page 5, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:
11        "(2) rating data for the last evaluation cycle prior 
12    to the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd 
13    General Assembly for which there is complete data as well 
14    as the first complete evaluation cycle after the effective 
15    date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly 
16    for all probationary teachers and"; and

1on page 5, line 22, after "educators.", by inserting "Peer 
2mentors or coaches assigned to educators shall be employed in 
3the same or substantially similar grade level, subject area, 
4or clinical specialty, have at least 5 years' experience as an 
5educator, and complete a required training experience."; and
 
6on page 5, by deleting lines 23 through 25.
