2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3450 on page 2, by

3 replacing line 3 with the following:

4 "nutrition education with reimbursement of a licensed

5 registered dietitian nutritionist providing medical nutrition

6 therapy, coaching, and counseling."; and

7 on page 3, line 10, by inserting after "protein," the

8 following:

9 "or oral nutrition supplements prescribed by the licensed

10 registered dietitian nutritionist or healthcare provider under

11 the managed care plan,"; and

12 on page 3, line 24, by inserting after "provider" the

13 following:

14 ", including a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist,";

15 and

2 "(2) Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, or
