2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3158 on page 28, 
3line 24, after "(1)", by inserting "record either manually on 
4a paper log or print a digital report showing that each 
5reduction chamber reached a minimum temperature of 131 degrees 
6Fahrenheit for 72 consecutive hours during the reduction 
7process for each reduction performed and"; and
 
8on page 30, by replacing line 17 with the following:
