2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2132 on page 7, 
3line 12, after "port", by inserting ", and compliance with all 
4rules and regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency"; 
5and
 
6on page 20, line 12, by replacing "Department's" with 
7"Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity's"; and
 
8on page 21, line 16, after "Resources", by inserting "for a 
9site that is in a preferred area pursuant to Section 15 of the 
10Lake Michigan Wind Energy Act"; and
 
11on page 30, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "Department" each time 
12it appears with "Department of Commerce and Economic 
13Opportunity"; and
 
14on page 32, line 1, by deleting "and"; and
