| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State Government.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act |
| 5 | | is amended by changing Section 4 as follows: |
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 3930/4) (from Ch. 38, par. 210-4) |
| 7 | | Sec. 4. Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority; |
| 8 | | creation,
membership, and meetings. There is created an |
| 9 | | Illinois Criminal Justice
Information Authority consisting of |
| 10 | | 25 members. The membership of
the
Authority shall consist of |
| 11 | | the Illinois Attorney General, or his or her
designee, the |
| 12 | | Director of Corrections, the Director
of the Illinois State |
| 13 | | Police, the Director of Public Health, the Director of |
| 14 | | Children and Family Services, the Sheriff of Cook County, the
|
| 15 | | State's Attorney of Cook County, the clerk of the circuit |
| 16 | | court of Cook
County, the President of the Cook County Board of |
| 17 | | Commissioners, the Superintendent of the Chicago Police
|
| 18 | | Department, the Director of the Office of the State's |
| 19 | | Attorneys Appellate
Prosecutor, the Executive Director of the |
| 20 | | Illinois Law Enforcement Training
Standards Board, the State |
| 21 | | Appellate Defender, the Public Defender of Cook County, and |
| 22 | | the following additional
members, each of whom
shall be |
| 23 | | appointed by the Governor: a circuit court clerk, a sheriff,
a |
