Title

This Act |
| 8 | | shall be known and may be cited as the "Boat Registration and |
| 9 | | Safety Act." It is the policy of this State to promote safety |

and property in and connected with the use, |
| 11 | | operation and equipment of
vessels and to promote uniformity |
| 12 | | of laws relating thereto. |
