<reference>105 ILCS 5/14-7.02b</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Children With Disabilities Article of the School Code. Provides that for individual students with disabilities who attend tier 1 or 2 schools whose program costs exceed 3 times the district's per capita tuition rate, the costs in excess of 3 times the district's per capita tuition rate shall be paid by the State Board of Education from unexpended IDEA discretionary funds originally designated for room and board reimbursement (instead of for individual students with disabilities whose program costs exceed 4 times the district's per capita tuition rate, the costs in excess of 4 times the district's per capita tuition rate shall be paid by the State Board of Education from unexpended IDEA discretionary funds originally designated for room and board reimbursement). Provides that for individual students with disabilities who attend Tier 3 or 4 schools whose program costs exceed 4 times the district's per capita tuition rate, the costs in excess of 4 times the district's per capita tuition rate shall be paid by the State Board of Education from unexpended IDEA discretionary funds originally designated for room and board reimbursement.
