<reference>20 ILCS 1505/1505-225 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Labor shall adopt rules to ensure that professional musicians are guaranteed workplace protections consistent with protections guaranteed to other occupations. Defines "professional musician" as an individual musician or member of a band that earns $7,500 of income in a calendar year from sources related to his or her performance of music.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
