<SynopsisText>     Proposes to amend the Judiciary Article of the Illinois Constitution. Provides that a State's Attorney in a county with a population over 2,000,000 may be recalled by petition and referendum of the electors of the county or counties served by the State's Attorney in a manner provided by law. Effective upon being declared adopted in accordance with Section 7 of the Illinois Constitutional Amendment Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
