Provides that the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity may award credits to qualifying microfiber filtration manufacturers against the taxes imposed by the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act, and the Illinois Income Tax Act. Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act, and the Illinois Income Tax Act to make conforming changes.
